Custom pump impellers are available through OEM/ODM casting work, with carbon steel, 304/316 stainless steel, iron, aluminum and ductile-iron material directions. Manufacturing includes investment/sand-casting selection, CNC machining and polishing, with painting and custom color. The customer drawing defines the actual impeller geometry and size for the component request.
Impeller material and the pump duty
Choose the actual grade and casting route for the requested pump component. Define the intended operating duty and material-compatibility requirements for that impeller. Relate those conditions to its drawing geometry and interfaces, establishing the material and supplied-part acceptance needed for the specific pump task.
Drawing geometry and CNC-machined areas
Identify the important cast dimensions and the interfaces requiring CNC work. Agree the finished dimensions and measurement requirements for those selected areas. Connect the casting and machining scope to the impeller's actual geometry, defining the component condition and dimensional acceptance required for its intended pump installation.
Polished surfaces, paint and custom color
Define which surfaces require polishing or painting and the color needed for the component. Select the finish appropriate to the actual material and use. Agree the appearance and supplied-surface condition alongside the controlled dimensions, connecting the chosen treatment to the areas covered by the impeller request.
Finished impeller acceptance for the selected pump
Bring together the actual grade, casting route and drawing-controlled interfaces for the supplied component. Define the inspection requirements needed for the selected manufacturing and surface scope. Relate those checks to the pump duty and intended installation, agreeing the dimensional and finished-condition criteria for that particular OEM/ODM impeller.
