OEM and ODM custom precision lost wax casting services cover carbon steel, alloy steel, mild steel and stainless steel requests. Component directions include gear sets, housings, covers and valve bodies for auto or machinery-spare-part work. The actual grade and component acceptance should be defined with its drawing.
Component geometry and 2D or 3D drawing
Use the actual part drawing to specify overall form, required interfaces and accepted dimensions. Identify the exact component and the duty it must perform in the auto or machinery application. Define the supplied material/grade and agree any additional component designation with that request.
Signed reference and manufacturing allocation
The tolerance reference is ±0.01–0.05 mm, with the actual interpretation and selected features to agree. Define the measurement basis and acceptance limits for those dimensions. Manufacturing directions include steel casting, machining, polishing and heat treatment. Allocate the actual operations and required material condition to the component and its dimensional requirements.
Five finish directions for the selected steel
Surface requests include electroplating, Dacromet treatment, galvanization, powder coating and polishing. Choose the actual treatment and accepted finished condition for the material and component. Identify the areas covered and the dimensional or appearance criteria after treatment. Agree actual inspection methods and records needed to accept those surfaces and features.
STEP, PDF, CAD or STP order input
Supply the relevant component files in STEP, PDF, CAD or STP format. Confirm the actual OEM or ODM design/manufacturing responsibility, project quantity and required documentation. Complete the work scope with the chosen steel, accepted drawing, tolerance interpretation, machining/heat treatment and finish requirements.
