Custom craft and decoration parts are offered in 304/316 stainless-steel directions through lost-wax investment casting and CNC machining. OEM/ODM work includes custom color, a 0.2 mm tolerance reference and full inspection. Define the decorative component and the appearance it needs to achieve.
Material, form and the decorative role
Select the stainless grade and establish the shape, dimensions and interfaces of the particular piece. Its craft or decorative function should guide the geometry and required finished acceptance. Relate those requirements to the actual component design so the cast form and CNC work address the same decorative part and its intended use.
Custom color and surface acceptance
Custom color can be defined for the selected stainless component. Identify the visible areas and the appearance required for them, including the acceptance criteria for burrs and sand holes. The chosen color and surface condition should be considered with the cast geometry and any CNC-finished interfaces, giving the decorative request a clear visual and dimensional basis.
The 0.2 mm reference and inspection coverage
Assign the 0.2 mm reference to the actual drawing dimensions and agree its sign and acceptance scope. Inspection coverage for the chosen stainless craft or decoration component is 100%. Define the material, cast/CNC dimensional, color and surface checks needed for that part. With those requirements established, the OEM/ODM inquiry can connect the selected grade, manufacturing work and decorative appearance through a component-specific acceptance plan.
