OEM/ODM silica-sol lost-wax investment casting covers custom aluminum, iron, stainless-steel and brass part inquiries. Size, material and surface treatment can be customized, with machining if needed. Sample orders and small or mass batches are accepted for the selected manufacturing scope.

Choose the actual metal and component

Material capability references also include cast steel, cast iron, aluminum alloy and copper alloy. Establish the exact grade required by the component and its intended function, rather than treating broad metal families as equivalent grades. Define the geometry and mating interfaces that the casting must address for that material.

CT3–CT6 and optional machining

CT3–CT6 is the casting-tolerance capability reference for assignment to the selected dimensions. Agree the required dimensional acceptance and identify any surfaces or interfaces that need machining after casting. Custom size and material choices can then be connected to a clear cast and finished condition, with any machining acceptance agreed separately.

Polishing, blasting, coating and heat treatment

Work directions include polishing, sand or shot blasting, coating treatment and heat treatment. Select the required method, areas and finished condition for the actual grade and component. The treatment discussion should address the part's operating requirements alongside its dimensional and surface acceptance.

Reports for a sample or batch inquiry

Material certificates and factory inspection reports can be provided for the component inquiry. Agree the required report content and inspection scope against the selected grade, drawing and acceptance criteria. Sample, small-batch and mass-batch acceptance provides an order direction; connect the requested quantity to that defined OEM/ODM manufacturing and documentation scope.
