OEM custom aluminum and aluminum-alloy die-casting requests also include investment and lost-wax directions. Carbon steel and stainless steel are further material choices. Define the actual component and grade before selecting its manufacturing route and accepted geometry.

Aluminum part and selected route

Dimensions are customized for the requested component. Agree the die-casting or investment/lost-wax scope for the actual material and drawing. Identify the geometry and working details required by its intended use. The manufacturing enquiry should define the component's finished dimensional and surface result.

Dimensional tolerance and assessed surfaces

The tolerance reference is +/-0.02mm. Define the covered dimensions and manufacturing stage for its application to the part. Roughness is referenced at Ra3.2–Ra6.3, with the unit and assessed surfaces to confirm. Agree the measurement and acceptance criteria for the selected geometry.

Inspection characteristics for acceptance

The OEM casting request includes 100% inspection. Agree the checks for the dimensions covered by the tolerance and the surfaces assessed under the selected Ra requirement. Define the characteristics and criteria that establish acceptance for the chosen material and casting route.

Application and OEM enquiry inputs

Industrial, commercial, household and automotive parts are named application directions. State the actual working conditions for the selected use. Agree the grade, drawing revision, casting route and dimensional and surface requirements together with the accepted inspection result for the OEM part.
