Bring a brass prototype or made-to-order industrial part into focus through its geometry and finished surfaces. This OEM/ODM casting and processing service offers customized dimensions, a ±0.05 mm tolerance reference and chrome-plated, nickel-plated or polished finish choices.

Define the brass prototype around its critical dimensions

Specify the brass grade and identify the dimensions that control the component's function. Mark the features where the ±0.05 mm requirement is needed, together with the acceptance criteria for the finished part. This connects the precision enquiry to the geometry actually being requested.

Choose the surface the component needs

Chrome plating, nickel plating and polishing provide distinct surface directions for the brass casting. Select the requested finish and identify the areas it should cover. Discuss that choice together with the component shape and the finished dimensions that need to be accepted after processing.

Connect inspection with the made-to-order part

The brass casting service includes 100% inspection. Agree the dimensions and surface requirements that inspection should address, along with any records needed for the project. A part-specific acceptance agreement gives both the custom geometry and the chosen finish a clear basis for review.

Set the scope of the rapid-prototyping enquiry

State what the prototype needs to establish for the industrial component and identify the work included in the casting request. OEM or ODM scope can then be agreed around the selected material, drawing and finish. Confirm the actual prototype process and project schedule once those requirements are defined.
