Marine hardware, boat fittings and industrial-pump components are directed to high-precision lost-wax casting with a qualitative heavy-duty use direction. Material references include stainless 304, 316 and 2205, iron, Ti, GG20, GG25, GJL200 and GJL250. Investment or sand route and optional machining/surface work are selected for the actual component.
Boat fitting or pump duty and geometry
Identify the actual marine-hardware, boat-fitting or industrial-pump component and its intended service conditions. Define the required material grade, geometry and mating interfaces, then select the investment/lost-wax or sand route and any machining needed. The heavy-duty direction should be connected to the actual operating requirements and finished acceptance for that component.
Four finishes with OEM/ODM and logo scope
Sandblasting, electrolysis, polishing and spraying are surface-treatment directions. OEM/ODM work and custom-logo requirements are supported for the selected part. Agree the applicable material, finish areas and logo content/location with the geometry, so the custom appearance and processing requirements describe the actual fitting or pump/marine component requested.
Inspection tied to the selected component
The marine/pump casting quality direction calls for 100% inspection, with actual checks and acceptance criteria to agree for the part. Relate those checks to the grade, cast dimensions, optional machined interfaces and finished/logo areas. Include the component's actual service conditions with that inspection definition, so dimensional and surface acceptance address the requested boat fitting, marine hardware or industrial-pump task.
