Custom stainless-steel lost-wax investment casting is available with TP304/TP316L material designations and precision CNC machining. Surface treatment follows customer requirements. The casting and machining stages can be considered together for the actual component, with professional inspection and an ISO9001:2015 quality-system certification reference.
Confirm the TP304 or TP316L material requirement
Choose the required material designation and provide its applicable standard. Use that definition with the component's intended service conditions and acceptance requirements. The TP label should be clarified for the casting enquiry so the proposal addresses the required alloy and component form rather than an assumed finished product.
Separate cast geometry from CNC acceptance
Precision CNC machining is part of the available processing scope. Mark the dimensions that need machining and distinguish their finished acceptance from the cast shape. Agree the applicable tolerances, measurement references and surface requirements for those areas so the machining review addresses the component's actual functional interfaces.
Describe the surface and inspection outcome
Specify the surface treatment and the surfaces to which it applies. Professional inspection should be discussed against the part's material, dimensional and appearance criteria, with the required records agreed for the project. Keep the ISO9001:2015 quality-system reference distinct from the particular tests or component conformity documents requested.
Review component demand against processing requirements
The supply-capability reference is 50,000 pieces per month. Discuss the actual component demand with its geometry, CNC work and surface treatment rather than treating that reference as a fixed project commitment. A consistent part drawing, selected material standard and inspection plan give the custom stainless casting enquiry a practical technical basis.
