Custom stainless-steel and steel investment-casting requests include selected machining, welding and forging work. Brass, copper, aluminum and iron are further metal directions. Plastic requests need their own defined object and manufacturing scope alongside the chosen metal-part enquiry.
Broaching, drilling and selected operations
Technology directions include investment casting, sand casting, machining, welding and forging, with mold and deburring work also offered. Machining choices include broaching, drilling, milling, turning, tapping and Wire. Define the actual Wire operation required for the part. Identify the component drawing and the working details allocated to the selected operations.
CT casting and machined dimensions
CT4–CT8 is the casting reference, while the machining-tolerance reference is +/-0.02mm. Apply each criterion to the actual dimensions and manufacturing stage on the drawing. Agree the material grade, duty and accepted geometry before defining the selected inspection requirements.
Passivation, plating and finished surfaces
Polishing, passivating, sand blasting, zinc plating and black oxide are surface directions. Choose the treatment for the actual material and define the areas concerned. Agree the surface condition and accepted appearance together with the dimensional requirements of the component.
Foundry standards and document identity
Standard references are ISO, GB, DIN, JIS, ANSI, BSW, ASTM, ASME, BS, API and EN. IS09001:2015 and TUV are document references whose identity and applicable scope need confirmation. Bring the drawing, material, selected manufacturing and finishing operations together with the inspection criteria for the actual request.
