Custom precision cast-part and molding enquiries include steel, brass, zinc alloy and aluminum die-casting directions. Carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum-alloy investment or lost-wax requests are further directions. Define the actual object, grade and manufacturing route before agreeing the accepted component result.
Steel, brass, zinc and aluminum requests
Select the actual material and part or molding object for the enquiry. Identify the component drawing and the working conditions relevant to its use. Agree which casting or manufacturing direction applies to that geometry. The request should define the accepted dimensions and required surfaces for the chosen material.
Custom geometry and precision references
Dimensions are customized for the component. The tolerance reference is +/-0.02mm, with roughness at Ra3.2–Ra6.3. Agree the covered dimensions and manufacturing stage, and confirm the roughness unit and assessed surfaces. Define the measurement and acceptance criteria for the actual geometry.
Chrome, powder, paint and actual process
Chrome plating, powder coating and painting are clear surface-treatment directions. Select the treatment and covered areas for the actual metal. Confirm the process and accepted result represented by the Electrophor surface reference before selecting that operation.
Inspection for the intended application
The inspection requirement is 100% for the selected custom part. Industrial, commercial, household and automotive parts are named applications. State the actual duty and agree the inspection characteristics for that use. Bring the object, grade, drawing, route and dimensional and surface requirements together with the accepted inspection result.
