Precision stainless-steel ball-valve investment/lost-wax casting parts are offered for pipeline-component and hardware-kit inquiries. Size is customized, with shot blasting or oiling and non-CNC other-machining services. Broader material capabilities include aluminum, brass, copper and stainless steel, with the actual supplied component and selected material to define.
Ball-valve component and hardware-kit contents
Identify the actual valve part being requested and any items included in the hardware-kit scope. State the required inspection criteria for any included hardware items. Define the component geometry and important interfaces, agreeing the dimensions needed for its intended fit. Connect that supplied-object definition to the selected material and manufacturing work, establishing what the requested casting and related hardware need to include.
Pipeline interfaces and the required working duty
Specify the actual material designation, pipeline interfaces and service conditions for the part. Identify the fluid, pressure and temperature requirements relevant to the selected component. Agree the dimensional and finished-condition acceptance needed for that duty, keeping the casting request connected to the actual pipeline installation and its supplied-component scope.
Shot-blasted/oiled areas and non-CNC work
Choose the actual finish and define the areas requiring shot blasting or oiling. Establish the other-machining work within the non-CNC service scope and the finished dimensions needed at those interfaces. Agree the visual, surface and dimensional checks after the selected work, connecting that acceptance to the actual valve component, selected material and hardware configuration.
