Custom precision casting enquiries include carbon-steel investment casting and aluminum-alloy die-cast parts for industrial use. Select the actual part, material grade and casting route together. Component size follows the customer's drawing, with machining available when needed and surface treatment specified to the customer's requirements.

Define the industrial part

Identify the component duty and the drawing geometry needed for its finished use. The carbon-steel and aluminum-alloy directions require a clear material choice for each part. Set out the relevant dimensions and accepted result for the selected route before reviewing additional operations.

Machining and the requested appearance

Machining is optional, so identify any dimensions or areas that require it. Surface treatment follows the customer's demand, and color can be customized. Agree the actual finish and color requirements for the chosen material, together with the surfaces to cover and the condition expected after processing.

  1. Identify the drawing and the selected material and casting route.
  2. Mark any machining areas and their dimensional acceptance.
  3. Define the requested surface treatment, color and inspection criteria.

Inspection for the selected component

Inspection for the requested carbon-steel or aluminum-alloy part includes 100% checking. Agree the checks and dimensional or surface results that define acceptance for the part. ISO9001 is a certification reference whose applicable documents and object scope can accompany the review. Bring these inspection requirements together with the drawing, optional machining and finished-color requirements for the industrial component.
