Custom precision alloy steel components use lost wax investment casting with silica sol and medium-temperature wax. In-house CNC machining, polishing and assembly are secondary process directions. Select the actual steel grade and component drawing, then agree the dimensions, surface condition and quality requirements for the finished part.

Size-dependent dimensional and surface acceptance

Precision references are CT5-CT12 and ±0.05-0.5 mm by size. Agree the actual component size and the dimensions covered by the selected casting and numerical tolerance requirements. For as-cast surfaces, Ra 1.6-3.2 Micro is the stated reference; confirm the intended roughness unit and accepted surfaces. Electropolishing is available as a separate service, with its scope and finished result to define.

Heat treatment and secondary operations

Quenching and tempering, normalizing and annealing are heat-treatment directions. Select the treatment specification for the actual alloy and working requirements. Define the features requiring CNC machining, polishing or assembly and agree the accepted result for those operations. These choices connect the cast geometry to the finished component specification.

Testing and traceability requirements

Testing services include CMM inspection, a material spectral report and PT, MT and NDT directions. Agree the actual methods, coverage and acceptance criteria needed for the part.

Quality and material records
ISO9001 and material traceability (COC) are stated references. Confirm the applicable documents and traceability deliverables for the component.
PPAP support
PPAP support is offered. Define the required deliverables and approval scope for the selected manufacturing request.

Design support and application definition

OEM and ODM custom manufacture includes design and DFM review support. Pump impellers, valve bodies, marine hardware and food or medical parts are typical application directions. Define the actual service conditions and application acceptance for the component rather than assigning a general regulatory or performance qualification to an application label. Agree the drawing, grade, selected processes and required documentation together.
