Custom 304, 316 and 316L stainless steel parts are offered through investment and lost wax casting for industrial machinery. Machining and polishing form part of the processing direction, with OEM/ODM customization and a 0.1 mm tolerance reference for the component enquiry.
Three stainless grades for machinery parts
Select 304, 316 or 316L for the actual machinery component and define its custom size. The grade and dimensions should describe one particular part, including the areas that require machining after casting. A clear geometry and material requirement gives the OEM/ODM discussion a concrete basis while keeping the three stainless grades as separate choices.
Polishing, sandblasting and passivation
Surface work includes polishing as well as sandblasting and passivation, with treatment also following customer demand. Identify the required condition of each relevant surface and how it relates to the rest of the component. The 0.1 mm tolerance should be assigned to its intended dimensions and measurement stage, alongside the agreed machining and surface-treatment requirement.
Machinery acceptance and component inspection
These custom stainless steel industrial machinery castings receive 100% inspection. GB, ASTM, AISI, DIN and BS are reference families from which the appropriate project standard can be selected. Define the dimensional and surface acceptance points for the chosen grade and finished condition, and confirm the applicable ISO9001:2015 documentation scope when the project's sourcing requirements call for it.
