OEM/ODMOEM ODM Die Casting Service
Custom OEM and ODM casting enquiries include stainless steel and ADC12 aluminum parts, with investment lost wax and die-casting directions requiring an agreed route for the actual component. Drilling, milling and other machining services are available. Define the part, selected material and finished working dimensions before establishing the manufacturing scope.
Choose the material and casting route
The broader material menu includes aluminum, brass, stainless steel and titanium, with plastic requests requiring their own manufacturing scope. Identify the actual grade, including ADC12 when that is the intended aluminum direction. Agree whether investment/lost wax or die casting applies to the selected part. The available material names do not establish one casting process for every metal or plastic request.
Define drilled or milled working details
The tolerance reference is ±0.02mm, with roughness referenced at Ra0.2-Ra3.2. Mark the dimensions and process stage to which these requirements apply, and confirm the roughness unit and surface acceptance basis. Define which holes, faces or other details require drilling, milling or another agreed machining operation for the finished component.
Finish selection and custom marking
Anodizing, polishing, plating and painting are offered surface directions. Select the treatment suitable for the actual material and identify the areas to be finished. Custom logo marking is accepted; agree its artwork and placement for the required part. Bring the material grade, drawing, route, machining requirements and surface or marking criteria together when defining the OEM or ODM component enquiry.
