Custom OEM/ODM casting requests include sand, lost wax/precision, die and gravity routes with CNC machining. Material references are ADC10, ADC12, A360, A380, A390, 5052, 6061, 6063, 2017 and 7075. Select the actual component and supplied grade before allocating the casting and machining route for that material.

Grade and customer-drawing design

Design or production follows the customer's drawing. Define the actual geometry, dimensions and working requirements, then agree the route and CNC locations applicable to the selected grade. Connect each requirement to the drawing so that the material references have a defined component-level manufacturing scope.

Five surface-treatment choices

Powder coating, polishing, nickel plating, anodized treatment and electrophoresis are surface directions. Choose the actual treatment and areas for the selected component and material. Define the final surface condition and its acceptance criteria together with the dimensions that must be assessed after treatment.

Inspection before shipment

The inspection direction is 100% inspection before shipment. Agree the actual characteristics, methods and records covering the component's dimensions and final surface condition. Keep that full-inspection scope connected to the selected casting route, CNC work and agreed drawing acceptance.

Quality references and project allocation

Clarify the exact document names, editions and applicable scopes behind the IS0 9001, IATF16949 and IS0 14001 reference terms. Identify the evidence needed for any current certification requirement. Agree project quantity, available production allocation and OEM/ODM design/manufacturing responsibility around the actual material, route and component acceptance.
