Custom precision foundry enquiries include low-pressure bronze and copper casting and brass investment casting parts. OEM and ODM service supports customized dimensions, machining and polishing. Define the actual alloy and the selected casting route for the component so the tooling and later operations address the intended project.
Separate copper-alloy and other metal projects
Additional materials include aluminum alloy, zinc alloy, magnesium alloy and stainless steel. These should carry their own grade and geometry requirements rather than being treated as interchangeable copper-alloy parts. Confirm the low-pressure or investment casting route against the selected material and component drawing.
Connect machining with the required surface
Investment casting can be combined with machining and polishing. Other surface choices include powder coating, zinc plating, electroplating and sandblasting. Mark the dimensions requiring machining and the surfaces receiving a treatment, then agree the corresponding dimensional and appearance criteria for the actual alloy.
Describe the component's application requirements
Application enquiries cover machinery, industrial equipment, automotive parts and medical components. Identify the actual part and its working duty with any required conformity criteria. This keeps the manufacturing discussion tied to the component's use rather than assuming a particular equipment approval from a broad application field.
Define full inspection around the custom casting
The service has ISO9001 and IATF16949 certification and provides 100% inspection. Agree the dimensions, surface checks, methods and records that apply to the ordered casting. Use the same material specification and drawing revision for machining, finishing and inspection so the OEM/ODM project has a consistent acceptance plan.
