Custom lost wax metal casting is available with OEM and ODM requests. Jewelry projects can be discussed using the material, size and appearance directions below. Confirm the intended component and actual material scope before approving the design and manufacturing request.
Jewelry material and custom sizing
For a jewelry request, brass, stainless steel, silver and alloy are material directions to discuss. Select the actual grade or composition and define the size of the piece with the design. Keep the material and dimensional requirements attached to the confirmed jewelry scope, so the requested casting is clearly identified.
Chrome plating and color references
Chrome plating is a surface-treatment direction, with RAL and Pantone references available for color discussion. Identify the surfaces to be treated and agree how the requested color or plated appearance will be accepted. Confirm the actual material and finish combination for the piece rather than assuming a particular composition from its appearance.
Occasion, order quantity and finished-piece requirements
Jewelry requests can cover anniversary, engagement, gift, party, wedding and daily or business use. A one-piece minimum order supports discussion of the required custom piece. If the project has lead or nickel restrictions, define the applicable material and finish assessment and required documentation for the finished jewelry. Agree those use requirements with the selected design and material before accepting any specialized suitability claim.
