Custom precision lost wax investment casting is offered for aluminum alloy, carbon steel and stainless steel parts. OEM and ODM metal fabrication support also covers broader material and process requests. Industrial electronics, power supply, automation and cooling are named application directions for the custom components.

Casting materials and broader metal work

Select the actual alloy and component geometry for the casting request. Broader material capabilities include brass, bronze, copper, hardened metals and stainless, with the material and processing scope to agree for the job. Keep the selected material linked to the component's role in the industrial assembly and the finish or functional acceptance it requires.

Choose the fabrication sequence

The fabrication menu includes stamping, deep drawing, laser cutting, bending, welding and CNC. Determine which of those operations belongs in the requested work rather than applying the entire menu to every cast part. Define where casting ends and any fabrication or machining work begins, with dimensions and surfaces assigned to the relevant stage.

Swiss-type lathe range and application fit

The Swiss-type lathe range is stated as Diam 0.5–25, L=188. Confirm the units and the turned feature to which that range applies before using it to assess the component. For an electronics, power-supply, automation or cooling assembly, describe the actual interfaces and functional conditions. Agree the drawing, alloy and manufacturing sequence with those application requirements so acceptance concerns the intended custom part.
