Custom investment-casting mold and non-standard 304 stainless-steel part enquiries require the actual object to be defined. Select the mold or cast component, its material role and the manufacturing route together. CNC and axis-machining service supports the request.

Object, material and process scope

Broader material capabilities include aluminum, stainless steel, brass, copper and engineering plastics. Identify the actual specification and the component supplied in each enquiry. Select the appropriate manufacturing operations around that object and material.

  1. Define the mold or part and provide its drawing.
  2. Agree the actual grade and material role.
  3. Select the manufacturing and finished acceptance requirements.

Custom dimensions, surface and files

Size and surface treatment are custom, with tolerance following the customer's drawing request. Define the dimensions and surfaces covered by the accepted criteria. Drawing references include 2D PDF/CAD and 3D IGES/STEP. Identify the actual file type and revision used for the component review.

Inspection and certificate requirements

Quality control includes 100% inspection for the selected mold or part. Agree the component checks and accepted dimensional or surface condition within that scope. CE and ISO9001:2015 are certification references whose applicable documents and object scope need confirmation. Provide the grade, drawing and duty together with the selected tooling, operations, dimensional, surface and inspection requirements.
