Surface treatmentCustomers' Demand
Custom industrial steel and iron machinery parts can be discussed through sand and investment-casting directions with CNC machining. Steel and carbon steel are material directions, with customized OEM service. Select the actual grade and component drawing, then agree the casting route and accepted result.
Machinery geometry and machining scope
Casting, machining if needed and surface treatment are process directions. Machining-center capability supports the machining enquiry. Identify the working details requiring the selected operations, together with their dimensional and surface acceptance. Define the component's working conditions so that the manufacturing request refers to the actual machinery part.
Material-specific heat treatment
Tempering and T6 are heat-treatment references for the customized enquiry. Agree the actual material and treatment specification before selecting either direction. Identify the accepted treatment result and its relationship to the component's dimensions and service requirements. The treatment request needs to refer to the selected grade and drawing.
Surface result and quality-reference scope
Surface treatment follows customer demand. Define the areas requiring treatment and the accepted condition for the chosen material. ISO/TS16949:2002 and ISO9001 are quality-control references with applicable documents and scope to confirm.
- Manufacturing request
- Identify the grade, drawing, casting method and selected CNC or other operations.
- Accepted component
- Agree the treatment, dimensional, surface and inspection requirements for the actual industrial part.
