    Casting of globe valve

Drawing-based OEM precision casting is offered for stainless steel globe valve bodies, with CNC machining and customizable size and surface treatment. Material choices are CF8, CF8M, CF3 and CF3M. The DN400 inquiry is developed around the particular body drawing and the valve assembly it must join.

Body geometry for the valve assembly

The component drawing defines the globe-valve body being requested and its relationship to the mating parts. Identify the body interfaces and dimensional acceptance needed for that assembly. This keeps the precision casting discussion focused on the actual component geometry without assuming that a nominal DN400 reference establishes every connection dimension.

A grade selected for the intended medium

CF8, CF8M, CF3 and CF3M provide four stainless choices to consider. Agree the required designation with the intended fluid and operating specification, then keep it consistent in the material acceptance for the casting. The alloy choice and the component drawing should be reviewed together, so neither is left as a generic stainless requirement.

CNC areas defined on the drawing

CNC machining forms part of the body-casting offer. Mark the areas to be machined and the dimensional criteria that apply to them, using the same drawing revision as the casting inquiry. Surface treatment is customizable, allowing the requested finish to be defined alongside the machined areas and the selected material.

DN400 and the operating specification

A DN400 globe-valve body request also needs the intended pressure, temperature and inspection acceptance to be agreed for the component. These requirements connect the body to its planned service within the valve assembly. They provide a practical basis for the drawing-based OEM discussion without turning a cast body into an assumed complete-valve performance specification.
