Custom machinery casting enquiries cover cast iron, stainless steel, aluminum and zinc with OEM/ODM service. Investment-casting and die-casting routes are selected for the actual material and component geometry. Optional machining, custom sizing and surface treatment support the required finished part, with a ±0.01 mm tolerance reference.

Select the material and its forming route

Define the exact grade and component shape, then agree the compatible casting process. Cast-iron or stainless enquiries and aluminum or zinc die-casting work should each have that selected scope clear. The component drawing can then describe the shape and interfaces needed by the machinery project. This gives the manufacturing discussion a defined material and starting form.

Apply ±0.01 mm to controlled dimensions

The signed tolerance reference needs a schedule of the dimensions it governs. Establish the manufacturing and acceptance stage for those areas, including any machining required after casting. Optional machining should be tied to the final geometry expected on the selected surfaces. These details make the precision requirement relevant to the actual component.

Choose treatment and finished acceptance

Electroplating, oxidation and sandblasting are the named surface choices, selected for compatibility with the required material. Identify which faces need treatment and the finished condition expected there. Dimensional and surface inspection criteria should describe the part after the selected work. The grade, route, machining scope and finish requirements together provide a practical basis for reviewing the custom OEM/ODM machinery casting and its final acceptance.
