Custom aluminum/iron engine-block casting work includes precision CNC machining, with a tolerance reference of 0.01–0.05mm and customizable Ra0.2–Ra3.2 roughness. One-stop service covers machining and assembly. Quality control for the requested engine-block component includes 100% inspection, with actual geometry and finished acceptance defining the selected work.
Engine-block geometry and material selection
Identify the actual aluminum or iron material and the engine-block geometry required for the task. Broader die-casting materials include aluminum, zinc and brass alloys. Select the manufacturing route for the requested material and component, defining the important cast areas and interfaces that need further CNC processing.
0.01–0.05mm and customizable Ra requirements
Agree the controlled dimensions and manufacturing stages governed by the tolerance range. Define the Ra unit, surfaces and measurement criteria required for the actual component. Relate those requirements to the chosen CNC work and supplied condition, establishing the dimensional and roughness acceptance for the selected engine-block interfaces.
Six surface directions and custom color
Surface choices include powder coating, polishing, brushing, plating, anodizing and PVD coating. Choose the material-appropriate work and the areas it covers. Define the custom color and finished-surface requirements, connecting those conditions to the part geometry and the dimensions to be accepted after the selected manufacturing and treatment operations.
Machining-to-assembly and inspection scope
Define the actual machining and assembly work included in the one-stop request. Agree the controlled areas and inspection criteria for the supplied component condition. Small orders are accepted; relate the selected part, material, treatments and assembly boundaries to the dimensional, surface and quality acceptance needed for that specific engine-block task.
