Custom aluminum-alloy lost-wax casting and mold requests are available for industrial machinery and OEM projects. Sizes can be developed from drawings or samples. Confirm whether the design concerns a mold or the machinery part itself, then agree the alloy and geometry required for that object.
Drawing or sample and alloy acceptance
Use the drawing or sample to define the required size and the role the casting must serve in the machinery project. Identify the aluminum grade and the strength, durability and corrosion-resistance acceptance needed by that duty. Appearance requirements can be agreed with those functional needs for the selected alloy and finish.
Five finishing directions
Mill finish, anodizing, powder coating, electrophoresis and wood-look finishing requests can be discussed. Select the method and the areas it will cover on the aluminum component. Agree the final surface and appearance acceptance for that particular design, with the chosen material kept explicit through the finish discussion.
Color reference and custom order
Color directions include Silver, White, Black, Bronze, Champagun and Wood, with other colors on request. Confirm the actual appearance reference for the selected label, particularly Champagun or a Wood-style request. The minimum order is 100 pieces, with the final project quantity and drawing or sample acceptance to agree. Approve color, finish and the actual mold or part scope together before confirming the custom aluminum order.
