Custom OEM and ODM lost wax castings are offered in 304 and 316 stainless steel. Size, surface treatment and color follow the customer's requirements, with machining included when needed. Industrial, auto-part, agricultural-machinery and pump requests are actual application directions for the custom component.
Grade and application requirements
Select the 304 or 316 grade and describe the component geometry for the intended application. For a pump or machinery part, define the fluid, exposure and operating conditions that matter to its duty. Agree the material and functional acceptance around those requirements before treating a different grade or application as interchangeable.
Cast and machined feature scope
Identify the cast shape and any features that require machining within the requested work. Define the dimensions that govern fit and function for the component, with the final accepted condition stated clearly. Keep the chosen stainless grade attached to those feature requirements so the casting and secondary-work scope remain consistent.
Custom appearance and ten-piece order
Specify the actual surface treatment and color reference for the selected material and part design. Record the appearance reference for the actual custom-color request on the order. Agree the finished appearance and any material or inspection records required by the component's duty. The minimum order is 10 pieces, with the final project quantity and acceptance to confirm. Approve size, material, optional machining and the requested surface/color as one OEM or ODM part definition.
