This automatic vacuum wax injector uses intelligent-chip and PLC control to make jewelry wax models for lost-wax investment casting. The wax tank capacity is 3kg, and power is 500W (0.67hp). Select the operating setup around the actual wax, mold and jewelry pattern that the machine will produce.
Match the electrical and control setup
The electrical supply is AC 220V, with 50Hz and 50/60Hz references requiring confirmation for the selected unit. Check the actual nameplate and PLC configuration against the installation. Review the control interface and operating instructions with the people preparing wax models, so that the intended ease of operation is assessed in the working setup.
Keep the timing ranges distinct
The temperature range is 55–99.9°C, clamp time is 0–300s and vacuum time is 0–99.9s. The injection-time reference is 0–6005s; confirm that exact setting range and its operating basis before using it in a recipe. Treat clamp, vacuum and injection settings as separate controls to match to the selected wax and mold.
Assess the jewelry pattern before production
Choose a representative pattern with the details and finished dimensions that matter to the jewelry design. Evaluate the wax model and agree the acceptable result before adopting its settings for production. Use the applicable operating and maintenance instructions when reviewing control-component scope and service-life expectations for the selected machine configuration.
Use the available inspection evidence
An outgoing-inspection video and machinery test report are provided for the equipment review. Match them to the selected unit and discuss the relevant wax-model operation, controls and acceptance checks. This gives the buyer a concrete basis for reviewing the automatic vacuum injector alongside the intended molding task.
