Custom OEM and ODM machinery casting requests include steel, stainless steel and aluminum through lost wax precision investment casting. The size reference is 30–1300mm, with the actual controlled feature to define on the part drawing. Sample requests are accepted, and the quality-control direction is 100% QC for the selected work.
Which dimension lies within 30–1300mm?
Identify the machinery component and the actual dimension covered by the size reference. Select its supplied material specification and define geometry, mating requirements and working duty. Set the dimensional limits and measurement criteria needed to accept that selected casting.
Design inputs and drawing content
Input labels include Solid Works, Pro/Engineer, UG, AutoCAD(DXF,DWG) and PDF. Agree the actual file type and version used for the component, together with the complete drawing requirements. Connect the supplied geometry and material specification to the accepted manufacturing and inspection scope.
What the accepted sample represents
Define the purpose of the sample request and which characteristics it must demonstrate. Agree how the actual sample is compared with the drawing, selected material and finished condition. Use those criteria to establish the relevant dimensional, surface and fit acceptance for the machinery part.
Full QC and OEM/ODM responsibilities
Specify the characteristics, methods and records included in 100% QC of the chosen casting work. Define any additional processing or final-condition requirement within the actual project scope. Confirm quantity and OEM/ODM responsibilities with the agreed drawing, input compatibility, sample assessment and inspection requirements.
