PackageSpecific Requirements
Custom casting and machining supports OEM/ODM components for industrial control, electrical equipment and automation systems. Zinc alloy, aluminum and stainless steel are material inquiry directions, with size and surface treatment adapted to the component being developed.
Build the component around its assembly
Choose the material and geometry for the actual industrial equipment part. Identify its mating areas and the surfaces requiring machining so that casting and finishing are considered together. A component drawing is the starting point; the final supply scope should also state which assembly requirements the part must satisfy.
Custom waterproof design and protection targets
Custom waterproof design is available, with IP54, IP65, IP66 or a custom protection target to discuss. Define which completed component or assembly the target covers and agree the relevant test acceptance for that configuration. This makes the protection requirement part of the design brief rather than assuming one rating applies to every material, size and assembly.
Surface treatment for the finished part
Painting, powder coating, plating and polishing can be selected to suit the requested component. Specify the desired appearance and the final condition of mating or machined areas. Confirm the treatment sequence and acceptance together with the material, especially where the finished component contributes to the chosen waterproof design.
Drawing formats for an OEM/ODM request
Use 2D PDF/CAD or 3D IGES/STEP files to communicate the component geometry. Add the selected grade, machining areas, surface requirements and applicable assembly details to the brief. If ISO 9001 documentation is required for purchasing, establish the applicable holder and scope alongside the agreed component and protection requirements.
