Custom silicone molds and vacuum-casting prototypes are offered alongside CNC machining, micro machining and rapid-prototyping capabilities. Color, size and shape are customizable from a minimum order of one piece. A 0.01 mm tolerance reference and 100% QC inspection support the definition of the requested prototype.
Silicone mold, resin and selected processing
Define the actual casting resin and the mold/casting or machining route needed for the prototype. Plastic processing capabilities include ABS, PC, PVC, PA, PP, PPS, PMMA, POM, PEEK and PTFE. PR resin is another inquiry direction whose exact material should be identified, keeping the selected resin and process attached to the particular design.
CNC and micro-machining requirements
CNC machining, micro machining and other machining services are available within the broader prototyping scope. Identify the operations and component features needed for the requested part. Agree which feature uses the 0.01 mm reference and define its tolerance convention and measurement acceptance for the selected route.
Matt, textured and other surface directions
Surface choices include matt, texture, polishing, UV coating and rubberizing. Select the required condition with the actual material, prototype geometry and requested color in mind. The surface and dimensional requirements can then be reviewed together for the custom shape being made.
Files and the one-piece prototype request
STP/STEP, IGS, PRT and X_T are drawing-input choices for the custom request. Use the selected file to define the prototype geometry, material and delivered condition for the one-piece minimum order. Quality control includes 100% QC inspection, with the relevant dimensions and surface criteria to be agreed for that prototype.
