Custom precision mechanical-spare-part inquiries include carbon steel alongside stainless steel, iron and other material directions. Investment/lost-wax and sand casting are routes to select for the actual component. Machining is included if needed, followed by the surface treatment required for the chosen part.

Material designations for the selected spare part

The material directions include stainless grades 304, 316 and 2205, iron, Ti, GG20, GG25, GJL200 and GJL250, alongside the carbon-steel inquiry. Select the exact grade and condition for the mechanical spare part, then establish the route that applies to its geometry. The actual function, mating interfaces and operating duty should guide that choice and the finished acceptance.

Optional machining and four surface directions

Sandblasting, electrolysis, polishing and spraying are surface-treatment directions for the selected work. Assign the required treatment to the actual material and surfaces, and identify any dimensions or interfaces requiring machining. The component definition should connect casting geometry, optional machining and finish acceptance so that the selected process scope addresses the intended mechanical task.

OEM/ODM, logo details and inspection scope

OEM/ODM work and custom-logo requirements are supported for these casting inquiries. Define the logo content and required location alongside the component geometry and surface requirements. Inspection covers 100% of the parts in the quality direction, with the actual checks and acceptance agreed for the selected material, dimensions and finish. Those details make the spare-part inquiry specific to the required work.
